Fenton氧化法處理電鍍有機廢水研究

【摘要】:針對電鍍有機廢水COD濃度高、可生化性差等特點,選取廣東深圳某工業(yè)園區(qū)電鍍廠的除油廢水(ρ(COD)為2 000~2 500 mg/L,pH=13.1~13.5),采用Fenton法進行預(yù)處理,探索了H_2O_2投加量、n(H_2O_2)/n(Fe~(2+))、pH及反應(yīng)時間對COD和BOD_5的去除效果,得到的最佳Fenton工藝參數(shù)為:H_2O_2投加量=15 00 mg/L,n(H_2O_2)/n(Fe~(2+))=4∶1,pH=3,反應(yīng)時間=30 min。在此條件下,COD去除率可達到89.76%,同時B/C從0.19提高到0.31,有機廢水的可生化性大幅提高,能達到可生化處理的基本要求。采用Fenton法對電鍍有機廢水進行預(yù)處理是可行的。
[Abstract]:In the light of the characteristics of high COD concentration and poor biodegradability of the electroplating organic wastewater, the oil removal wastewater (COD) of an electric plating plant in a certain industrial park in Guangdong was selected to be 2,000 to 2,500 mg/ L (pH = 13.1 to 13.5). The pretreatment was carried out by Fenton method, and the dosage of H _ 2O _ 2, n (H _ 2O _ 2)/ n (Fe ~ (2 +)) was explored. The effect of pH and reaction time on the removal of COD and BOD _ 5 was as follows: H _ 2O _ 2 dosage = 15 00 mg/ L, n (H _ 2O _ 2)/ n (Fe ~ (2 +)) = 4:1, pH = 3, reaction time = 30 min. Under the condition, the removal rate of COD can reach 89.76%, while the B/ C is increased from 0.19 to 0.31, and the biodegradability of the organic waste water is greatly improved, and the basic requirement of the biochemical treatment can be achieved. The treatment of electroplating organic wastewater by Fenton method is feasible.
