真空原位碳熱還原法制備納米碳化鈦粉體

【摘要】:分別以鈦酸四丁酯和蔗糖為鈦源、碳源,采用溶膠—凝膠法制備前驅(qū)體并在真空條件下原位碳熱還原制備納米碳化鈦。采用X射線衍射儀和掃描電鏡對產(chǎn)物物相、形貌進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)謝樂公式計(jì)算所得TiC晶粒尺寸。結(jié)果表明:在1 300℃的真空碳熱還原條件下能夠得到納米碳化鈦,隨著碳含量的增加碳化鈦的純度提高,晶粒尺寸減小;隨碳熱還原溫度從1 300℃升高到1 500℃,碳化鈦的形貌由長徑為100 nm左右的長條狀變?yōu)榱綖?0~30 nm的球形顆粒,但TiO相含量相對增加。
[Abstract]:The precursor was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and sucrose as titanium source and carbon source respectively. Nanocrystalline titanium carbide was prepared by in-situ carbothermal reduction under vacuum condition. The phase and morphology of the product were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope, and the TiC grain size was calculated according to Xie Lecong formula. The results show that nanocrystalline titanium carbide can be obtained under the condition of vacuum carbothermal reduction at 1 300 鈩,
