LW-450N氣封密閉式臥螺離心機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:四氯化鈦是生產(chǎn)鈦材和電子封裝的重要原料,采用熔鹽氯化工藝,生產(chǎn)過程中因凈化氯化爐出口的細(xì)粒粉塵,會(huì)產(chǎn)生含有約7%的四氯化鈦懸浮液,具有很高的回收價(jià)值。由于四氯化鈦懸浮液中含有高濃度的氯氣,而氯氣與空氣中的水份結(jié)合產(chǎn)生鹽酸煙氣,對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重污染,是四氯化鈦生產(chǎn)中存在的一個(gè)嚴(yán)重問題。本課題選用臥式螺旋卸料沉降型離心機(jī)來來分離四氯化鈦懸浮液,采用氣封式密閉型特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)型式,有效解決了四氯化鈦懸浮液在固液分離中四氯化鈦泄漏的難題。本文以四氯化鈦懸浮液為分離物料獨(dú)立完成了LW-450氣封密閉式臥螺離心機(jī)工藝設(shè)計(jì),總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),計(jì)算校核相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)附件的強(qiáng)度并繪制總裝配圖和零部件圖。通過對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)試制的樣機(jī)在工廠現(xiàn)場的應(yīng)用研究表明,樣機(jī)能滿足四氯化鈦生產(chǎn)工藝,設(shè)備能連續(xù)自動(dòng)分離,分離后的泥餅可回到氯化爐中回收使用,分離后的清液幾乎不含固相粉塵。在處理能力3立方米/時(shí)的條件下運(yùn)行時(shí),離心機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速為1800r/min,得到的分離液的含固率在0.2%左右,已經(jīng)達(dá)到了進(jìn)入下一道生產(chǎn)工序的要求。其采用的氮?dú)饷芊庑Ч己?沒有氣體外泄,有效地解決了四氯化鈦泥漿懸浮液在固液分離中四氯化鈦泄漏的難題,說明設(shè)計(jì)是成功的。經(jīng)過一年多的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,使用廠減少了分離工段的操作人員16人,減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高了自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)程度,消除了對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,具有很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Titanium tetrachloride is an important raw material for titanium production and electronic packaging. By using molten salt chlorination process, due to the purification of fine dust from the outlet of chlorination furnace, about 7% titanium tetrachloride suspensions will be produced during the production process, which has a high recovery value. Due to the high concentration of chlorine in titanium tetrachloride suspensions and the combination of chlorine gas with water in air to produce hydrochloric acid fume, it is a serious problem in the production of titanium tetrachloride that the environment is seriously polluted. In this paper, horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge is used to separate titanium tetrachloride suspensions, and a special structure type is adopted to solve the leakage problem of titanium tetrachloride suspensions in solid-liquid separation. Using titanium tetrachloride suspension as the separation material, the process design of LW-450 gas seal closed horizontal centrifuge is carried out, the overall structure is designed, the strength of the corresponding structural accessories is calculated and the total assembly drawing and parts drawing are drawn. The application of the prototype designed and manufactured in the factory field shows that the prototype can meet the production process of titanium tetrachloride, the equipment can be separated continuously and automatically, and the separated mud cake can be recycled back to the chlorination furnace. The separated liquid almost contains no solid dust. Under the condition of processing capacity of 3 cubic meters / hour, the speed of centrifuge is 1800 r / min, and the solid content of the separation liquid is about 0.2%, which has reached the requirement of entering the next production process. Its nitrogen sealing effect is good and there is no gas leakage. It effectively solves the problem of titanium tetrachloride leakage in solid-liquid separation of titanium tetrachloride slurry suspension. It shows that the design is successful. After more than a year of steady operation, the plant has reduced the number of operators in the separation section by 16 people, reduced the labor intensity, improved the degree of automation production, eliminated the pollution to the environment, and has good economic and social benefits.
