【摘要】：磷烯是繼石墨烯之后一種新型的二維材料,具有優(yōu)異的物理、化學和機械性能,在各類器件中具有大的應用潛力。目前對磷烯的最新制備方法、特性調(diào)控和應用的系統(tǒng)總結(jié)較少。本文對磷烯的制備、結(jié)構(gòu)、性質(zhì)、改性方法及其器件應用進行了系統(tǒng)的綜述。首先概括了磷烯"自上而下"和"自下而上"的制備方法,對其結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì)進行了總結(jié),同時討論了磷烯的修飾改性方法,最后對磷烯的器件應用進行了較詳細的介紹,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對磷烯的研究方向和前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Phosphorene is a new two-dimensional material after graphene. It has excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties, and has great application potential in various devices. At present, the latest preparation method, characteristic regulation and application of phosphorene are seldom summarized. In this paper, the preparation, structure, properties, modification methods and device applications of phosphorene are systematically reviewed. Firstly, the preparation methods of "top-down" and "bottom-up" of phosphorene are summarized, and its structure and properties are summarized. At the same time, the modification methods of phosphorene are discussed. Finally, the applications of phosphorene devices are introduced in detail. On this basis, the research direction and prospect of phosphorene are prospected.
