自密實超高韌性水泥基材料性能試驗研究

【摘要】:研究了具有自密實特性的超高韌性水泥基材料(UHTCC),在實驗室制作四組UHTCC試件,并對其工作性能和彎拉性能展開試驗研究。對比分析了纖維、粉煤灰摻量(體積)和水膠比對UHTCC坍落擴(kuò)展度的影響;分析探討了3種纖維1%,2%,3%共3個體積摻量的對UHTCC在拉伸荷載及彎曲作用下力學(xué)性能的影響,得到UHTCC試件應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系、極限應(yīng)變、延性系數(shù)、裂縫寬度、裂縫條數(shù)等特性。
[Abstract]:Four groups of UHTCC specimens made by (UHTCC), a self-compacting cement-based material, were studied in the laboratory, and their working and flexural properties were investigated. The effects of fiber, fly ash content (volume) and water / binder ratio on the collapse expansion of UHTCC were compared and analyzed, and the effects of 3 volume ratios of 3 kinds of fibers, 1 / 2% and 3%, on the mechanical properties of UHTCC under tensile and bending loads were discussed. The stress-strain relationship, ultimate strain, ductility coefficient, crack width and crack number of UHTCC specimens are obtained.
