【摘要】：化工企業(yè)電氣設(shè)備發(fā)生故障時將成為潛在的點火源,需采取保護裝置及時切斷故障點,避免造成更大的影響。為防止電氣火災(zāi)引發(fā)的安全事故,結(jié)合案例分析,化工企業(yè)的供配電系統(tǒng)需從電氣工程設(shè)計原理、電氣設(shè)備選型、安裝施工管理、防爆電氣設(shè)備監(jiān)控等環(huán)節(jié)進行全面質(zhì)量控制。設(shè)計階段火災(zāi)防控需做好防爆區(qū)域的劃分、漏電保護的合理設(shè)計與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The electrical equipment in chemical enterprises will become a potential ignition source when the failure occurs. The protective device should be taken to cut off the fault point in time to avoid the greater influence. In order to prevent the safety accident caused by electric fire, combined with the case analysis, the power supply and distribution system of chemical enterprise should carry on the total quality control from the electrical engineering design principle, the electrical equipment type selection, the installation construction management, the explosion-proof electrical equipment monitoring and so on. In the design stage, the fire prevention and control need to do well the division of the explosion-proof area and the reasonable design and application of the leakage protection.
