【摘要】：正磷酸二氫鈣用途廣泛,可作為肥料、飼料原料(畜禽磷和鈣的主要來源),也可用作膨松劑、面團(tuán)調(diào)節(jié)劑、緩沖劑、營養(yǎng)增補(bǔ)劑、乳化劑、穩(wěn)定劑等食品添加劑。生產(chǎn)過程中磷和鈣含量的快速監(jiān)測對于控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要。因此,快速、準(zhǔn)確地測定磷酸二氫鈣中鈣和磷的含量意義重大。測定磷的常用方法是磷鉬酸重量法。GB/T
[Abstract]:Calcium dihydrogen orthophosphate is widely used as fertilizer, feed material (the main source of livestock phosphorus and calcium), as well as swelling agent, dough regulator, buffer, nutrition supplement, emulsifier, stabilizer and other food additives. Rapid monitoring of phosphorus and calcium content in the production process is essential to control product quality. Therefore, rapid and accurate determination of calcium and phosphorus in calcium dihydrogen phosphate is of great significance. The common method for the determination of phosphorus is the gravimetric method of phosphomolybdate.
