硅酸鈣粉體表面改性及其對聚丙烯填充性能影響研究

【摘要】:采用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑(KH550)對經(jīng)尺寸分級后的硅酸鈣表面進行改性,并對改性產(chǎn)物做了表征。利用改性后的硅酸鈣對聚丙烯進行填充改性,考察了改性硅酸鈣的填充對聚丙烯力學(xué)性能、熱性能及聚丙烯復(fù)合材料的微觀形態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)偶聯(lián)劑改性后的硅酸鈣由親水性轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭杷?一定范圍內(nèi),改性硅酸鈣可以提升復(fù)合材料的沖擊性能,當(dāng)填料用量為10%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))時,復(fù)合材料的沖擊強度最佳,比純聚丙烯提高18%;分解溫度由純聚丙烯的408℃升至填充了20%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))硅酸鈣的復(fù)合物的422℃,材料耐熱性能有所增強。
[Abstract]:The surface of calcium silicate was modified by silane coupling agent (KH550), and the modified product was characterized. The effects of modified calcium silicate on mechanical properties, thermal properties and microstructure of polypropylene composites were investigated. The results showed that the modified calcium silicate changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, and the modified calcium silicate could improve the impact property of the composite in a certain range, when the content of filler was 10% (mass fraction), The impact strength of the composite is the best, which is 18% higher than that of pure polypropylene, and the decomposition temperature is increased from 408 鈩,
