木屑半焦高溫水蒸氣氣化制備富氫燃?xì)庋芯?/H1>

【摘要】:在高溫固定床反應(yīng)器中,對(duì)木屑半焦進(jìn)行高溫水蒸氣氣化制備富氫燃?xì)。在溫?00~900℃、水蒸氣流量0.11~0.32 g/(min·g)(以焦炭計(jì),下同)條件下,研究了氣化溫度和水蒸氣流量對(duì)水蒸氣氣化制備燃?xì)庵械臍錃夂、產(chǎn)氣率、熱值以及燃?xì)庵懈鹘M分體積分?jǐn)?shù)的影響。研究表明:水蒸氣通入過量會(huì)造成燃?xì)鉄嶂档慕档?在氣化溫度900℃、水蒸氣流量0.32 g/(min·g)時(shí),燃?xì)庵袣錃膺_(dá)到62.53%,燃?xì)鉄嶂禐?.99 MJ/Nm~3,燃?xì)猱a(chǎn)率為2.75 L/g。利用容積反應(yīng)模型和未反應(yīng)收縮核模型擬合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得到了相應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)未反應(yīng)收縮核模型比容積反應(yīng)模型可以更好的描述木屑半焦的水蒸氣氣化行為,容積反應(yīng)模型所得到活化能為88.67 kJ/(mol·K),指前因子為2 976.55 min~(-1),未反應(yīng)收縮核模型所得活化能為91.78 kJ/(mol·K),指前因子為2 872.82 min~(-1)。
