磷酸銨錳的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以磷酸、硫酸錳和硫酸銨為原料采用液相沉淀法制備磷酸銨錳,系統(tǒng)考察了反應(yīng)溫度、pH值、攪拌速率、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、磷錳摩爾比n(P)∶n(Mn)和氮錳摩爾比n(N)∶n(Mn)對(duì)產(chǎn)物純度的影響,結(jié)合正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化,獲得的磷酸銨錳的純度大于99%,產(chǎn)率大于98%,并測(cè)定了其在100mL 2%檸檬酸中的溶解度及堆密度、休止角、pH值及吸濕性等,為磷酸銨錳的工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)及使用提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Manganese ammonium phosphate was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation from phosphoric acid, manganese sulfate and ammonium sulfate. The effects of reaction temperature and pH value, stirring rate, reaction time, molar ratio of phosphorus to manganese (n (P): n (Mn) and molar ratio of nitrogen to manganese (n (N): n (Mn) on the purity of the product were investigated. Combined with orthogonal test, the purity of manganese ammonium phosphate was more than 99 and the yield was more than 98. The solubility and bulk density of manganese ammonium phosphate in 100mL 2% citric acid, the angle of repose, pH value and hygroscopicity were determined. To provide guidance for the industrial production and use of manganese ammonium phosphate.
