利用全自動(dòng)定氮儀測(cè)定硝化棉的含氮量

【摘要】:采用自行研制的全自動(dòng)定氮儀測(cè)定硝化棉的含氮量,研究了樣品前處理?xiàng)l件、全自動(dòng)定氮儀實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果的影響;討論了實(shí)驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性與重復(fù)性,對(duì)全自動(dòng)定氮儀法與傳統(tǒng)合金還原法進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,樣品前處理采用石墨爐加熱,梯度升溫的皂化模式;最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)為:蒸汽體積分?jǐn)?shù)80%、預(yù)熱30s、還原反應(yīng)7min、硼酸體積35mL、蒸餾時(shí)間8min;與傳統(tǒng)合金還原法相比,采用全自動(dòng)定氮儀檢測(cè)硝化棉含氮量的方法用時(shí)少、操作簡(jiǎn)單,自動(dòng)化程度高,減少了人為誤差的影響,可保證結(jié)果的精度和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The determination of nitrogen content in nitrified cotton with a fully automatic nitrogen-fixing instrument developed by ourselves was used to study the effect of sample pretreatment conditions and experimental parameters of automatic nitrogen-fixing instrument on the results of the test, and the accuracy and repeatability of the experiment were discussed. A comparison was made between the automatic nitrogen-determination method and the traditional alloy reduction method. The results show that the saponification mode of sample pretreatment is graphite furnace heating and gradient heating, the optimum experimental parameters are as follows: steam volume fraction 80, preheating 30 s, reduction reaction 7 min, boric acid volume 35 mL, distillation time 8 min. The method of detecting nitrogen content in nitrified cotton with automatic nitrogen-fixing instrument has the advantages of less time, simple operation and high automation degree, which can reduce the influence of human error and ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the result.
