基于XPTV的流化床異形顆粒分布特性研究

【摘要】:構(gòu)建了X光顆粒示蹤(X-ray particle tracking velocimetry,XPTV)測量系統(tǒng),建立了示蹤顆粒的制備方法以及示蹤顆粒位置與姿態(tài)取向的測量和誤差評估方法;谝陨戏椒ǐ@得了不同氣速下圓柱顆粒位置和姿態(tài)取向的分布規(guī)律,并闡述了以上分布規(guī)律與流型之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。結(jié)果表明,流化床處于鼓泡流化時圓柱顆粒會形成內(nèi)循環(huán),顆粒中心線與豎直方向多呈傾斜狀態(tài);而處于湍動流化時圓柱顆粒則會在全床內(nèi)趨于均勻分布,顆粒中心線趨于豎直方向。
[Abstract]:The X-ray particle tracking particle tracer (XPTV) measurement system was constructed. The preparation method of the tracer particle and the measurement and error evaluation method of the location and orientation of the tracer particle were established. Based on the above methods, the distribution laws of the position and orientation of cylindrical particles at different gas velocities are obtained, and the internal relations between the above distribution laws and the flow patterns are expounded. The results show that when fluidized bed is bubbling, the cylindrical particles will form internal circulation, and the center line and vertical direction of the particles will be inclined, while in turbulent fluidization, the cylindrical particles will tend to distribute uniformly in the whole bed. The center line of the particle tends to be vertical.
