鹽酸-氫氟酸對(duì)高鋁粉煤灰中鋁的浸出作用

【摘要】:高鋁粉煤灰是一種重要的潛在鋁資源。采用鹽酸-氫氟酸混合酸對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古準(zhǔn)格爾礦區(qū)含氧化鋁質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為48.83%、主要含鋁礦物為莫來石和剛玉的粉煤灰進(jìn)行氧化鋁的聯(lián)合浸出研究。研究結(jié)果表明,在鹽酸和氫氟酸濃度分別為4.95 mol/L和4.93 mol/L、液固質(zhì)量比為5∶1、反應(yīng)溫度為95℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3 h條件下浸取粉煤灰,氧化鋁浸出率達(dá)到88.14%,氧化鋁與二氧化硅、二氧化鈦浸出率差值分別為33.28%、29.70%。氫氟酸溶液對(duì)強(qiáng)化粉煤灰中莫來石的浸出具有重要作用,但必須嚴(yán)格控制氫氟酸的濃度以避免氟化鋁的生成而降低氧化鋁的浸出率,同時(shí)減輕浸出的硅與氟結(jié)合生成氟硅酸根而加重環(huán)境負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:High aluminum fly ash is an important potential aluminum resource. The combined leaching of alumina from fly ash, which mainly contains mullite and corundum, was studied by using mixed hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in Zhungeer mining area, Inner Mongolia, where the mass fraction of alumina was 48.83 and the main aluminum mineral was mullite and corundum.
