【摘要】：在鐵礦尾礦的性質(zhì)分析及現(xiàn)有成熟的工藝技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用遷安某鐵礦選廠尾礦為主要原料,添加生石灰、緩凝劑、調(diào)節(jié)劑,按不同配比進(jìn)行條件試驗(yàn)。在水固比0.09,鐵礦尾礦∶生石灰∶緩凝劑∶調(diào)節(jié)劑=80∶8∶3∶9,成形W'強(qiáng)25 MPa,蒸汽壓強(qiáng)1.3 MPa,升溫150 min,恒溫360 min,降溫120 min條件下制得平均抗壓強(qiáng)度26.4 MPa、平均抗折強(qiáng)度5.3 MPa的蒸壓灰砂磚,符合GB 11945-2006《蒸壓灰砂磚》MU25技術(shù)指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵礦尾礦的綜合利用,并增加企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及社會效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the properties of iron ore tailings and the existing mature technology, the tailings of a certain iron ore dressing plant in Qianan Iron Mine were used as the main raw materials, with the addition of quicklime, retarder and regulator, and the conditions were tested according to different ratios. Under the conditions of water / solid ratio 0.09, iron ore tailings: quicklime: retarder: regulator 80: 8: 3: 9, forming W 'strong 25 MPA, steam pressure 1.3 MPA, heating 150 min, constant temperature 360 min, cooling 120 min, the average compressive strength is 26.4 MPA. Autoclaved lime and sand bricks of 5.3 MPA, According to the technical standard of GB11945-2006 < autoclaved lime-sand brick > MU25, the comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings is realized, and the economic and social benefits of enterprises are increased.
