【摘要】：該文以調(diào)質(zhì)黃磷渣為原料,采用自制實(shí)驗(yàn)室適用的小型化四輥離心機(jī)生產(chǎn)礦渣棉。實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)研究原輔料配料配比、熔融溫度、離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)、放料速度等因素對(duì)黃磷渣制取礦渣棉的影響,確定最佳工藝條件為:粉煤灰投配比為10%,離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速4 500 r/min,熔融溫1 550℃,放料時(shí)間30 s,制取的礦渣棉的平均直徑≤0.7μm,可以滿足《絕熱用巖棉、礦渣棉及其制品》(GB/T11835-2007)要求,優(yōu)于鋼渣制取的礦渣棉。以熔融態(tài)的黃磷渣原位制取礦渣棉,可以充分利用熔融態(tài)黃磷渣中的顯熱,節(jié)省大量的能耗,為黃磷渣高附加值的利用提供了一個(gè)新的途徑,從源頭上控制黃磷渣對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成的污染,具有較好的環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the modified yellow phosphorus slag is used as raw material to produce slag cotton by using a miniaturized four-roll centrifuge which is suitable for our laboratory. The effects of raw and auxiliary material ratio, melting temperature, centrifuge rotation number and discharging speed on the production of slag cotton from yellow phosphorus slag were studied.
