【摘要】：本文根據(jù)工廠的實(shí)際要求,完成了酸性水汽提裝置的動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,開(kāi)發(fā)出了酸性水汽提仿真模擬軟件。酸性水汽提裝置主要包含脫硫塔單元、脫氨塔單元、氨精制單元這三個(gè)主要單元操作。通過(guò)對(duì)精餾機(jī)理的研究,各種設(shè)備的數(shù)學(xué)模型與物性數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,選擇合理的計(jì)算方法與模塊,成功開(kāi)發(fā)出了酸性水汽提裝置仿真模擬軟件。文章重點(diǎn)對(duì)酸性水汽提工藝中的精餾機(jī)理與設(shè)備模型進(jìn)行了具體的分析與描述,通過(guò)選取合適的精餾模型,建立設(shè)備內(nèi)的精餾過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)模型,選取合適的計(jì)算方法,得到所需的各項(xiàng)模擬結(jié)果。最后通過(guò)比較工廠實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)與模擬值,證明所開(kāi)發(fā)的仿真模擬軟件是正確可靠的。開(kāi)發(fā)出的酸性水汽提仿真模擬軟件良好地反映了實(shí)際工廠生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,具有優(yōu)良的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,已經(jīng)成功通過(guò)企業(yè)驗(yàn)收。從化工實(shí)際生產(chǎn)角度看,該軟件對(duì)于優(yōu)化工藝過(guò)程具有良好的指導(dǎo)意義。它大大縮短了企業(yè)員工熟悉流程的時(shí)間,提高了員工的操作熟練程度,給企業(yè)與工廠帶來(lái)了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:According to the actual requirements of the factory, the dynamic simulation of the acid water stripping unit has been completed, and the simulation software of acid water stripping has been developed in this paper. The acid water stripping unit consists of three main units: desulfurizer unit, ammonia unit and ammonia refining unit. Based on the study of distillation mechanism, mathematical model and physical property data of various equipments, and selecting reasonable calculation methods and modules, the simulation software of acid water stripping unit is developed successfully. This paper focuses on the analysis and description of the distillation mechanism and the equipment model in the acid water stripping process. By selecting the appropriate distillation model, the dynamic model of the distillation process in the equipment is established, and the appropriate calculation method is selected. The required simulation results are obtained. Finally, the simulation software is proved to be correct and reliable by comparing the actual data with the simulation value. The simulation software developed for acid water stripping well reflects the actual plant production process and has excellent dynamic characteristics and has been successfully accepted by enterprises. From the point of view of actual chemical production, the software has a good guiding significance for optimizing the process. It greatly shortens the time for the employees to familiarize themselves with the process, improves the operating proficiency of the employees, and brings enormous economic benefits to the enterprises and factories.
