傾角與冷卻水溫度對(duì)新型閉式重力熱管換熱器傳熱性能影響

【摘要】:本文以丙酮為工作流體,設(shè)計(jì)了一套新型重力熱管換熱器,該裝置由五根底部連通的垂直蒸發(fā)管共用一根水平同心套管冷凝管構(gòu)成。采用理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析了裝置的傳熱性能,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。研究了當(dāng)傾斜角度為15°~90°、操作溫度為40~80℃、冷卻水溫度為10~30℃時(shí)裝置的傳熱性能。結(jié)果表明:新型重力熱管換熱器具有良好的等溫性能及操作穩(wěn)定性;當(dāng)充液率為15%、傾斜角度為60°、冷卻水溫度為30℃時(shí),換熱器達(dá)到最佳工作狀態(tài);最大傳熱量可達(dá)1 700 W左右,此時(shí)平均熱阻為0.042℃/W。
[Abstract]:A new type of gravity heat pipe heat exchanger is designed with acetone as the working fluid. The device is composed of five vertical evaporative tubes connected at the bottom and one horizontal concentric casing condensate tube. The heat transfer performance of the device is analyzed by combining theory and experiment, and its structural parameters are optimized.
