Ni催化制備纖維素基石墨化材料的研究

【摘要】:以纖維素為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)炭化后在Ni的催化作用下制得了石墨化材料。通過(guò)X射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)、拉曼光譜和高分辨率透射電鏡(HRTEM)確定了最優(yōu)反應(yīng)條件。結(jié)果表明:在反應(yīng)溫度1 400℃、Ni負(fù)載量3 mmol/g、反應(yīng)時(shí)間3 h的條件下,由纖維素炭化得到的無(wú)定形炭發(fā)生了有效的石墨化轉(zhuǎn)化,形成了多于40層的環(huán)狀石墨化結(jié)構(gòu),而未添加金屬的對(duì)照樣經(jīng)過(guò)相同處理后仍為無(wú)定形碳結(jié)構(gòu);電導(dǎo)率測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示在壓力為20 MPa時(shí),石墨化產(chǎn)物的電導(dǎo)率為54 S/cm,為未加入金屬的2倍。
