鈾鈦合金表面鎳鋅復(fù)合鍍層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與耐蝕性能

【摘要】:采用氨基磺酸鹽鍍鎳液和無(wú)氰堿性鍍鋅液在U 0.75Ti鈾鈦合金表面制備了單一Ni鍍層和Ni/Zn復(fù)合鍍層。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)鍍層的組織形貌進(jìn)行了表征。通過(guò)失重法、濕熱加速腐蝕試驗(yàn)和開(kāi)路電位測(cè)量,對(duì)鍍層的耐蝕性能進(jìn)行了考察。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于U 0.75Ti合金而言,Zn鍍層是陽(yáng)極性保護(hù)鍍層,而Ni鍍層陰極性保護(hù)鍍層;Ni/Zn復(fù)合鍍層的總厚度約為37μm。在含50μg/g Cl~-的水溶液及70℃、相對(duì)濕度80%的濕熱環(huán)境中,Ni/Zn復(fù)合鍍層的腐蝕速率比單一Ni鍍層低,對(duì)U 0.75Ti合金基體起到了良好的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Single Ni coating and Ni/Zn composite coating were prepared on U 0.75Ti uranium-titanium alloy surface with amino sulfonate nickel plating solution and cyanide free alkaline zinc plating solution. The microstructure of the coating was characterized by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The corrosion resistance of the coating was investigated by weightlessness method, wet heat accelerated corrosion test and open circuit potential measurement. The results show that the Ni / Zn / Ni / Zn composite coating is about 37 渭 m thick, and the cathodic Ni / Zn composite coating is anodic protective coating for U 0.75Ti alloy. The corrosion rate of Ni / Zn composite coating is lower than that of single Ni coating in aqueous solution containing 50 渭 g / g Cln-, 70 鈩,
