利用脫硫石膏制備硫酸鈣晶須的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以脫硫石膏為原料,通過(guò)重結(jié)晶法制備了硫酸鈣晶須。研究了固液比、鹽酸濃度、重結(jié)晶時(shí)間以及反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)晶須形貌的影響,在偏光顯微鏡下觀察晶須的形貌并計(jì)算晶須的平均長(zhǎng)徑比。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)固液比為1∶12、鹽酸濃度為2mol/L、重結(jié)晶時(shí)間為3h、反應(yīng)溫度為90℃時(shí),硫酸鈣晶須大小較均勻,平均長(zhǎng)徑比為40.23。XRD分析顯示,晶須的主晶相為二水硫酸鈣。在此基礎(chǔ)上初步探索了硫酸鈣晶須對(duì)半水石膏的增強(qiáng)效果,制品抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)6.28MPa,較空白樣提高20.07%。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by recrystallization from desulphurized gypsum. The effects of solid-liquid ratio, concentration of hydrochloric acid, recrystallization time and reaction temperature on the morphology of whisker were studied. The morphology of whisker was observed under polarizing microscope and the average aspect ratio of whisker was calculated. The results show that when the ratio of solid to liquid is 1: 12, the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 2 mol / L, the recrystallization time is 3 h and the reaction temperature is 90 鈩,
