退火對鎳鈷合金鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:利用掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、顯微硬度計和納米壓痕儀等研究了退火溫度對鎳鈷合金鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:鎳鈷合金鍍層呈(111)擇優(yōu)取向;隨著退火溫度升高,鍍層衍射峰逐漸銳化,晶粒長大;鍍層殘余應(yīng)力、硬度及彈性模量均下降,在300~400℃之間下降幅度最大,硬度降幅達到28%,彈性模量降幅達到22.4%。退火后,鍍層納米壓痕最大深度和卸載后深度均變大,鍍層抗塑性變形能力降低。
[Abstract]:The effect of annealing temperature on the structure and properties of Ni-Co alloy coating was studied by means of scanning electron microscope X-ray diffractometer, microhardness tester and nano-indentation instrument. The results show that the Ni-Co alloy coating has a preferred orientation of 111.The diffraction peak of the coating gradually sharpens with the increase of annealing temperature, and the residual stress, hardness and elastic modulus of the coating decrease, and the decrease range is the largest between 300 鈩,
