粒子涂覆法制備超疏水PVDF中空纖維膜

【摘要】:將刻蝕法和超濾涂覆法結(jié)合對(duì)膜表面進(jìn)行疏水化處理.對(duì)聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粒子進(jìn)行刻蝕,使其表面粗糙化,通過(guò)超濾方式將其涂覆在PVDF中空纖維膜表面,構(gòu)建出微納米粗糙結(jié)構(gòu)的疏水膜表面,可獲得表面接觸角為159.7°的超疏水表面,同時(shí)膜孔不會(huì)被涂覆層堵塞.采用有一定溶解能力的分散液進(jìn)行超濾涂覆,涂覆層和基膜之間發(fā)生溶劑化本體粘接,可明顯提高涂覆層牢固性.PVDF粒子最佳刻蝕條件:刻蝕劑溶解度參數(shù)為19.11(J/cm~3)1/2,刻蝕時(shí)間為20min,溫度為35℃.分散液溶解度參數(shù)為25.87(J/cm~3)1/2,粒子涂覆量為18.0g/m~2為最優(yōu)涂覆條件.通過(guò)性能測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),涂覆膜表現(xiàn)出超疏水特性,同時(shí)其透水透氣性能與原膜無(wú)明顯變化.
[Abstract]:The etching method and ultrafiltration coating method were combined to treat the membrane surface hydrophobically. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) particles were etched and coarsened on the surface of PVDF hollow fiber membrane. The surface of hydrophobic membrane with micro and nano rough structure was constructed by ultrafiltration. The surface contact angle was 159.7 擄, and the ultrahydrophobic surface was obtained. At the same time, the membrane pore will not be clogged by the coating. The dispersion with certain solubility was used for ultrafiltration coating, and solvation bulk bonding took place between the coating layer and the base film. The results show that the best etching conditions are as follows: the solubility parameter of the etchant is 19.11J / cm ~ (-1 / 2), the etching time is 20 min, and the temperature is 35 鈩,
