【摘要】：分析預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)中物料重調(diào)配路徑規(guī)劃問題的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和限制條件,建立載具路徑規(guī)劃模型(vehicle routing model for redispatching parts of precast components,VRM-RPP)及其求解方法.該方法通過優(yōu)化分配和利用載具資源,合理規(guī)劃行進(jìn)路徑,以提高重調(diào)配工作效率,確保車間盡早開工.算例驗證結(jié)果表明,該方法可用于優(yōu)化預(yù)制生產(chǎn)中物料重調(diào)配路徑.
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the optimization objectives and limiting conditions of the material redistribution path planning problem in the production of precast concrete members, and establishes the vehicle routing model for redispatching parts of precast components / VRM-RPPs model and its solution method. By optimizing the allocation and utilization of carrier resources, the method can reasonably plan the route to improve the efficiency of redeploying and ensure the workshop to start as soon as possible. The simulation results show that this method can be used to optimize the reallocation path of materials in prefabrication production.
