【摘要】：以硝酸鋁溶液為原料,聚丙烯酰胺為單體,N,N′-亞甲基丙烯酰胺為網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑,硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,采用高分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)凝膠法制備了超細(xì)氧化鋁粉體。研究了沉淀劑種類,單體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑及引發(fā)劑的質(zhì)量比,和單體質(zhì)量對(duì)合成氧化鋁凝膠的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:以氨水為沉淀劑,當(dāng)單體質(zhì)量為0.05 g,單體、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劑、引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量比為5:1:1,聚合溫度達(dá)到65℃時(shí),可獲得均勻、穩(wěn)定的氧化鋁凝膠;經(jīng)900℃煅燒2 h后可獲得的粒徑細(xì)小,分散性好的氧化鋁粉體。
[Abstract]:The ultrafine alumina powder was prepared by polymer network gel method using aluminum nitrate solution as raw material, polyacrylamide as the monomer NNN- methylene acrylamide as network agent and ammonium sulfate as initiator.
