【摘要】：廣西科技大學新型建筑材料課題組前期試驗數(shù)據(jù)作為理論依據(jù),以燒結頁巖磚的原料物理性質為基礎,研制開發(fā)燒結頁巖清水磚。為了進一步研究燒結頁巖清水磚的抗凍性能,通過將燒結頁巖清水磚與普通燒結頁巖磚試件的理化成分與微觀結構進行對比分析,再進行凍融循環(huán)對比試驗,以及磚體在飽水狀態(tài)下的導熱系數(shù)測定,得出清水燒結頁巖磚抗凍性能要優(yōu)于普通燒結頁巖磚。試驗結論為:燒結頁巖清水磚抗凍性能達到《墻體材料應用統(tǒng)一技術規(guī)范》GB 50574-2010相關指標。為后續(xù)試驗提供相關數(shù)據(jù),為燒結頁巖清水磚的推廣奠定基礎,并建議將飽水狀態(tài)下的磚體導熱系數(shù)作為磚體抗凍性能指標之一。
[Abstract]:Based on the experimental data of new building materials in Guangxi University of Science and Technology and the physical properties of sintered shale bricks, the sintered shale-water brick was developed. In order to further study the frost resistance of sintered shale clear water brick, the physical and chemical composition and microstructure of sintered shale clear water brick and ordinary sintered shale brick specimen were compared and analyzed, and then freeze-thaw cycle contrast test was carried out. And the thermal conductivity of sintered shale brick is better than that of ordinary sintered shale brick. The test results show that the frost resistance of sintered shale-clear brick reaches the relevant indexes of GB50574-2010. It is suggested that the thermal conductivity of sintered shale clear water brick should be regarded as one of the indexes of brick frost resistance.
