【摘要】：第四主族金屬硫族化合物具有豐富的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與組成.理論計算預(yù)測這類材料的二維晶體具有優(yōu)異的熱電、鐵電、壓電等性能.但是,目前這類材料的二維結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì)研究的實驗工作尚未系統(tǒng)展開.本文以這類材料二維結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì)的關(guān)聯(lián)性為切入點,系統(tǒng)展示了這類材料二維結(jié)構(gòu)的合成進展,總結(jié)了其二維尺度上的獨特性質(zhì),并對這類材料的發(fā)展前景及挑戰(zhàn)進行了展望.
[Abstract]:The fourth group of metal sulfur compounds have abundant crystal structure and composition. Theoretical calculations predict that two-dimensional crystals of this material have excellent thermoelectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties. However, the experimental work on the two-dimensional structure and properties of this kind of materials has not been carried out systematically. Based on the relationship between the two-dimensional structure and the properties of this kind of materials, this paper systematically shows the progress in the synthesis of the two-dimensional structure of this kind of materials, summarizes its unique properties on the two-dimensional scale, and looks forward to the development prospects and challenges of this kind of materials.
