【摘要】：為了提高工業(yè)固體廢棄物的利用率,以赤泥為主要原料,輔之以煤矸石、砂巖等,采用Si C微粉等混合物作為高溫發(fā)泡劑,分別在1150、1170、1190、1210℃下進(jìn)行熱處理后,制得表觀體積密度為0.18~0.40 g/cm~3且均為閉孔的輕質(zhì)陶瓷材料。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:坯體配方中赤泥摻量為37%時(shí),膨脹發(fā)泡效果最好;配方化學(xué)組成中Al_2O_3含量過高會(huì)明顯降低坯體高溫下發(fā)泡效果;隨著保溫時(shí)間延長,體積密度下降速率減緩,30 min時(shí)坯體膨脹后密度基本穩(wěn)定;泡沫陶瓷體積密度在0.15~0.40 g/cm~3范圍內(nèi)。
