電鍍行業(yè)直流電源的能耗評(píng)估

【摘要】:電鍍加工企業(yè)的直流電耗電量相對(duì)較大。在對(duì)企業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)審核過程中,由過去注重電鍍直流電源的轉(zhuǎn)換效率,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)到關(guān)注直流電輸送過程的效率。以大連某企業(yè)電鍍直流電路的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)為例,直流電輸送過程的損失要比直流電源的轉(zhuǎn)換損失大1倍。多家企業(yè)綜合統(tǒng)計(jì),分別占輸入電能的10~20%。在調(diào)查分析基礎(chǔ)上提出了節(jié)能建議。
[Abstract]:The direct current electricity consumption of electroplating processing enterprises is relatively large. In the process of cleaner production audit in enterprises, the conversion efficiency of electroplating DC power supply has been paid attention to, and the efficiency of DC transmission process has been further promoted. Taking the measured data of electroplating DC circuit in a Dalian enterprise as an example, the loss of DC transmission process is twice as large as the conversion loss of DC power supply. A number of enterprises comprehensive statistics, respectively, accounted for the input electricity 10, 20. On the basis of investigation and analysis, suggestions for energy saving are put forward.
