COS-g-PEI修飾納米銀粒子的制備及其抗菌性

【摘要】:首先以離子液體1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯鹽([BMIM]Cl)為反應(yīng)介質(zhì)和催化劑,羰基二咪唑為偶聯(lián)劑,均相合成了殼寡糖接枝聚乙烯亞胺共聚物(COS-g-PEI);其次,以COS-g-PEI為穩(wěn)定劑,硝酸銀為前驅(qū)體,硼氫化鈉為還原劑,采用原位還原法制備了COS-g-PEI修飾納米銀復(fù)合粒子(Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI)。采用IR、~1HNMR對聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)進行表征,結(jié)果證實成功合成了COS-g-PEI接枝共聚物;UV-Vis、TEM結(jié)果表明,成功制備了穩(wěn)定的Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI復(fù)合粒子。通過濾紙片法和牛津杯法測試了COS-g-PEI及Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI對金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌的抗菌性能,Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI的抑菌圈直徑均比COS-g-PEI大,結(jié)果表明,Ag NPs與COS-gPEI有機結(jié)合大大提高了抗菌性能。
[Abstract]:Firstly, chitosan oligosaccharide grafted polyethylene imide copolymer COS-g-PEI was synthesized homogeneously with ionic liquid 1 Ding Ji 3 methyl imidazolium chloride ([BMIM] Cl) as reaction medium and carbonyl diimidazole as coupling agent. Secondly, COS-g-PEI was used as stabilizer and silver nitrate as precursor. Silver nanoparticles modified by COS-g-PEI were prepared by in-situ reduction with sodium borohydride as reductant. The structure of the polymer was characterized by IR ~ 1H NMR. The results showed that the COS-g-PEI grafted copolymer was successfully synthesized. The results showed that the stable Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI composite particles were successfully prepared. The antibacterial activity of COS-g-PEI and Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was measured by filter paper method and Oxford cup method. The diameter of inhibition circle of Ag NPs@-COS-g-PEI was larger than that of COS-g-PEI. The results showed that the combination of NPs and COS-gPEI could greatly improve the antibacterial activity.
