矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體基本力學性能研究

【摘要】:在國家“禁實”與發(fā)展新型、綠色、節(jié)能墻體材料的戰(zhàn)略決策大背景下,燒結頁巖多孔磚成功取代了粘土磚。但因為頁巖礦藏的分布存在地域差別,導致針對頁巖制磚的理論研究起步較晚,尚無對應的技術規(guī)程指導生產與應用,阻礙了頁巖磚產業(yè)在實際工程中的發(fā)展,因此廣西科技大學組織編制《燒結頁巖多孔磚建筑技術規(guī)程》,并成功立項廣西科技廳項目(桂科攻0861001-7),開始了圓形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體的基本力學性能試驗研究。國家新標準《燒結多孔磚和多孔磚砌塊》(GB13544-2011)于2012年4月1日正式施行,其中對于多孔磚一個主要的變化就是取消了圓形孔和其他孔形的磚體,規(guī)定采用矩形孔磚體,目前,國內對于矩形孔燒結頁巖磚及其砌體研究甚少。為完成“《燒結頁巖多孔磚建筑技術規(guī)程》”及“《燒結頁巖多孔磚建筑技術規(guī)程》的提升與完善”,本文將對矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體進行基本力學性能試驗研究。本文就以下方面對矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體進行了試驗研究:1.通過砌體軸心抗壓試驗研究,分析砌體破壞特征,得到砌體抗壓強度值;通過對試驗數據回歸分析,結合規(guī)范,提出矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體抗壓強度建議計算表達式。2.擬合目標砌體應力-應變數據,得到目標砌體本構曲線上升段表達式;通過試驗數據的處理,提出目標砌體的彈性模量計算表達式及其泊松比建議值,分析砌體的彈性模量與泊松比值隨荷載的變化趨勢。3.通過砌體通縫抗剪試驗研究,分析砌體受剪力破壞特征,得到其抗剪強度,并提出矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體通縫抗剪強度建議計算表達式;分析砂漿鍵在提高砌體抗剪強度中起到的積極作用本文在試驗的基礎上,探討了矩形孔燒結頁巖磚砌體的基本力學性能,為“《燒結頁巖多孔磚建筑技術規(guī)程》”及“《燒結頁巖多孔磚建筑技術規(guī)程》的提升與完善”提供了理論依據,以便于更好地指導其在實際工程中的應用及推廣。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the national "ban" and the development of new, green and energy-saving wall materials, the sintered shale porous brick has succeeded in replacing the clay brick. However, due to the regional differences in the distribution of shale mineral deposits, the theoretical research on shale brick started late, and there is no corresponding technical regulation to guide production and application, which hinders the development of shale brick industry in practical engineering. Therefore, Guangxi University of Science and Technology organized and compiled the Building Technical Specification for Sintered Shale porous Brick, and successfully set up the project of Guangxi Science and Technology Department (Guicke attack 0861001-7), and began the experimental study on the basic mechanical properties of circular hole sintered shale brick masonry. The new national standard "sintered porous brick and porous brick block" (GB13544-2011) was put into effect on April 1, 2012. One of the main changes for porous brick is the elimination of round hole and other perforated brick bodies, and the adoption of rectangular hole brick body. At present, There is little research on sintered shale brick with rectangular hole and its masonry in China. In order to complete the promotion and perfection of "Building Technical Specification for Sintered Shale porous Brick" and "Sintered Shale porous Brick Building Technical Specification", the basic mechanical properties of sintered shale brick masonry with rectangular holes are studied in this paper. In this paper, an experimental study on sintered shale brick masonry with rectangular holes has been carried out in the following aspects: 1. Through the experimental study of axial compression of masonry, the characteristics of masonry failure are analyzed, and the compressive strength of masonry is obtained, and by regression analysis of test data, combined with the code, the formula of the suggested calculation of compressive strength of sintered shale brick masonry with rectangular hole is put forward. By fitting the stress-strain data of the target masonry, the rising section expression of the constitutive curve of the target masonry is obtained, and through the processing of the experimental data, the calculation expression of the elastic modulus of the target masonry and the recommended Poisson's ratio are presented. The variation trend of elastic modulus and Poisson ratio with load is analyzed. Based on the experimental study of shear resistance of masonry joint, the shear failure characteristics of masonry are analyzed, and the shear strength is obtained, and the formula for calculating shear strength of sintered shale brick masonry with rectangular hole is put forward. On the basis of experiments, the basic mechanical properties of sintered shale brick masonry with rectangular holes are discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for "Building Technical Specification for Sintered Shale porous Brick" and "Building Technical Specification for Sintered Shale porous Brick" in order to guide its application and popularization in practical engineering.
