鉬尾礦制備建筑陶瓷及性能研究

【摘要】:以固體廢棄物鉬尾礦為主要原料,輔以適量的粘土與石英,制備出了建筑陶瓷磚,并研究了不同燒成溫度、保溫時(shí)間對(duì)陶瓷磚性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,以鉬尾礦為主要原料,采用壓制成型法,在燒成溫度1165℃、保溫時(shí)間120 min條件下,可制備出抗折強(qiáng)度為46.85 MPa、吸水率為0.43%、體積密度為2.23 g/cm~3的高性能陶瓷磚。以鉬尾礦為原料制備建筑陶瓷磚,將固體廢棄物轉(zhuǎn)化為一種產(chǎn)品,形成一個(gè)閉合的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)鏈,可消耗大量的工業(yè)固體廢棄物,減少其對(duì)環(huán)境的污染,具有良好的環(huán)保效益。
[Abstract]:Using molybdenum tailings as the main raw material, the ceramic tile of building was prepared with appropriate amount of clay and quartz. The effects of different firing temperature and holding time on the properties of ceramic tile were studied.The results show that high performance ceramic tiles with flexural strength 46.85 MPA, water absorption 0.43 and volume density 2.23 g/cm~3 can be prepared with molybdenum tailings as main raw material, under sintering temperature of 1165 鈩,
