10GDC粉體的燒結(jié)及電化學(xué)性能比較研究

【摘要】:本文對廣東深圳某廠家生產(chǎn)的Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)和寧波索福人能源技術(shù)有限公司生產(chǎn)的Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)(D50=32.0μm)兩種不同粒度分布的粉體進行了燒結(jié)特性及其電化學(xué)性能研究。評價了不同預(yù)燒溫度下10GDC粉體的燒成特性,確定了最佳的粉體預(yù)燒溫度。測量了不同燒成溫度下(1500℃、1550℃、1600℃)的10GDC電解質(zhì)片的吸水率、體積密度等參數(shù),并對預(yù)燒及球磨前后的粉體進行粒徑分析,通過XRD確定10GDC粉體的晶相;通過SEM觀察燒結(jié)體的致密性。結(jié)果表明:深圳10GDC粉體1000℃預(yù)燒后在1500℃燒結(jié)最致密,其相對密度達到98.06%;寧波10GDC在1600℃下燒結(jié)最致密,其相對密度達到96.91%。深圳10GDC粉體的活性高于寧波10GDC粉體,其可以在比較低的溫度下獲得致密燒結(jié)體。進一步采用交流阻抗譜法在450℃-750℃范圍內(nèi)測得了兩種10GDC電解質(zhì)材料的電導(dǎo)率,結(jié)果顯示:1500℃燒結(jié)的深圳10GDC電解質(zhì)及1600℃燒結(jié)的寧波10GDC電解質(zhì)總電導(dǎo)的表觀活化能分別為1.42 e V,1.28 e V,在550℃-750℃范圍內(nèi)寧波10GDC電解質(zhì)的電導(dǎo)率高于深圳10GDC電解質(zhì)。由此可知,寧波10GDC材料的電性能較高,其燒結(jié)體的離子電導(dǎo)率較高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the sintering characteristics and electrochemical properties of two kinds of powders with different particle size distribution (GdS) and Gd_(0.1)Ce_(0.9)O_(1.95)(D50=32.0 渭 m, produced by a factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, have been studied.The sintering characteristics of 10GDC powders at different pre-firing temperatures were evaluated and the optimum pre-firing temperature was determined.The water absorption and bulk density of 10GDC electrolytes at different sintering temperatures were measured. The particle size of the powders before and after pre-firing and milling were analyzed, and the crystalline phase of 10GDC powders was determined by XRD.The densification of sintered body was observed by SEM.The results showed that Shenzhen 10GDC powder was sintered at 1500 鈩,
