【摘要】:以某軋鋼廠酸洗液中和反應(yīng)渣為原料,采用水熱法制備半水硫酸鈣晶須。系統(tǒng)研究了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間和鎂離子對半水硫酸鈣晶須形貌的影響,利用X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)等手段對晶須產(chǎn)品進行了表征。結(jié)果表明,利用中和渣可以制備半水硫酸鈣晶須。最佳制備條件:料漿質(zhì)量分數(shù)為5%,反應(yīng)溫度為120℃,反應(yīng)時間為20 min,硫酸鎂質(zhì)量分數(shù)低于4%。以中和反應(yīng)渣為原料制備半水硫酸鈣晶須,實現(xiàn)了中和反應(yīng)渣的綜合利用,為軋鋼廠酸性廢水的綜合治理提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker was prepared by hydrothermal method from acid washing liquid neutralizing reaction slag in a rolling mill.The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and magnesium ion on the morphology of calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker were systematically studied. The whisker products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that calcium sulfate semidihydrate whisker can be prepared by neutralizing slag.The optimum preparation conditions are as follows: the mass fraction of slurry is 5, the reaction temperature is 120 鈩,
