機械力活化對脫硫石膏制備硫酸鈣晶須的影響

【摘要】:對脫硫石膏原料進行機械力活化,然后采用降溫重結(jié)晶法制備出硫酸鈣晶須。借助掃描電鏡、圖像粒度分析儀和相關(guān)軟件進行表征,并初步討論了機械力活化對晶須成核和生長過程的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過機械力活化的脫硫石膏可以制備有較大長徑比的硫酸鈣晶須。在水浴反應(yīng)溫度為75℃,硫酸濃度為2.5 mol/L,機械力活化時間為3.5 h,漿料濃度為2%的條件下,制備的硫酸鈣晶須平均長徑比為150,平均直徑為2.1μm。
[Abstract]:The desulphurized gypsum was mechanically activated and then calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by cooling recrystallization.The effects of mechanical activation on the nucleation and growth process of whiskers were preliminarily discussed by means of SEM, image particle size analyzer and related software.The results showed that calcium sulfate whisker with high aspect ratio could be prepared by mechanically activated desulphurized gypsum.Under the conditions of water bath reaction temperature 75 鈩,
