柔性受壓對鎢絲-鎳復(fù)合電鑄層微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:在鎢絲增強(qiáng)鎳的電鑄制造過程中,利用柔性壓緊輪補(bǔ)充電沉積區(qū)域的電鑄液,并摩擦與擠壓復(fù)合電鑄層,以提高鎢絲-鎳復(fù)合電鑄層的抗拉強(qiáng)度。研究柔性受壓條件對復(fù)合電鑄層表面形貌、斷口形貌和抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:柔性壓緊輪對復(fù)合電鑄層的摩擦與擠壓作用顯著減少表面孔隙并細(xì)化晶粒;其輸送電鑄液的作用能夠防止復(fù)合電鑄層內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)空洞;柔性受壓條件對復(fù)合電鑄層抗拉強(qiáng)度的提升效果隨著鎢絲體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增加而越發(fā)顯著,當(dāng)鎢絲體積分?jǐn)?shù)為50%時,抗拉強(qiáng)度提升18%,達(dá)到1558 MPa。
[Abstract]:In the electroforming process of tungsten wire reinforced nickel, the flexible compaction wheel was used to replenish the electroforming solution in the electrodeposition area, and the composite electroforming layer was rubbed and extruded. In order to improve the tensile strength of tungsten wire / nickel composite electroforming layer, the surface morphology of composite electroforming layer under flexible compression condition was studied. The results show that the friction and extrusion effects of flexible compaction wheel on the composite electroforming layer can significantly reduce the surface porosity and refine the grain size, and the effect of the electroforming solution can prevent the formation of voids in the composite electroforming layer. The effect of flexible compression on the tensile strength of composite electroforming layer is more and more remarkable with the increase of tungsten wire volume fraction. When the volume fraction of tungsten wire is 50, the tensile strength increases by 18% to 1558 MPA.
