滾筒內(nèi)柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件對二元顆粒體系混合的影響

【摘要】:針對滾筒內(nèi)二元顆粒體系在混合過程中產(chǎn)生的混合死區(qū)現(xiàn)象,提出在混合死區(qū)位置設(shè)置柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件的增混方式,以接觸數(shù)作為混合評價指標(biāo),采用離散單元法研究柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件對二元顆粒體系運(yùn)動混合的影響,并分析其增混機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件很大程度上破壞了聚集小顆粒的混合死區(qū),強(qiáng)化了二元顆粒間的對流和擴(kuò)散機(jī)制,同時抑制了顆粒的離析作用,提高了顆粒體系整體混合程度,同時,柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件提高了二元顆粒體系的混合效率,改變了顆粒體系混合的穩(wěn)定性;在一定的范圍內(nèi),柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件的數(shù)量越多,顆粒體系的混合效果越好,但如果數(shù)量過多,反而不利于二元顆粒間的混合;在滾筒開始轉(zhuǎn)動的短暫時間內(nèi),柱體內(nèi)構(gòu)件反而抑制顆粒體系的混合,滾筒繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動,才起到增混的效果。本研究可為二元顆粒物料增混設(shè)備的改進(jìn)提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of mixing dead zone in the mixing process of binary particle system in the cylinder, an increasing mixing mode of the column member is put forward in the mixing dead zone position, and the contact number is used as the mixed evaluation index. The discrete element method is used to study the effect of column components on the motion and mixing of binary particle system, and the mechanism of mixing is analyzed. The results show that the mixing dead zone of small particles is destroyed to a large extent. The mechanism of convection and diffusion between binary particles was strengthened, the segregation of particles was restrained, and the mixing degree of particle system was improved. At the same time, the mixing efficiency of binary particle system was improved. In a certain range, the greater the number of components in the column, the better the mixing effect of the particle system, but if the number of particles is too much, it is not conducive to the mixing of binary particles. During the short period when the drum begins to rotate, the mixing of the particle system is restrained by the components of the column, and the rolling of the drum continues to produce the effect of increasing the mixing. This study can provide a reference and basis for the improvement of the mixing equipment of binary particle materials.
