啤酒—電鍍廢水雙處理微生物燃料電池的構(gòu)建及群落結(jié)構(gòu)分析

【摘要】:微生物燃料電池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)是一種以產(chǎn)電微生物作為催化劑,直接將化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的裝置,是微生物與電池技術(shù)相結(jié)合與發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。MFC可以處理多種廢水,包括染料廢水、啤酒廢水、糖蜜廢水、生活污水、電鍍廢水等。其中,啤酒廢水和糖蜜廢水具有濃度高且有機(jī)物含量高的特點(diǎn),可以用于MFC陽(yáng)極底物,為陽(yáng)極產(chǎn)電微生物提供營(yíng)養(yǎng);電鍍廢水因其含有重金屬離子,使其具有強(qiáng)氧化性和高氧化還原電位的特點(diǎn),可以用于MFC陰極液作為電子受體。此外,MFC還具有淡化海水和產(chǎn)能發(fā)電等多重功能,對(duì)未來(lái)的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用研究具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本研究首先構(gòu)建了分別以啤酒廢水、糖蜜廢水和啤酒-糖蜜混合廢水作為陽(yáng)極底物,電鍍廢水作為陰極電極液的MFC;其次,平行構(gòu)建陽(yáng)極電極有效面積為25 cm2、50 cm2和75 cm2的MFC;隨后,平行構(gòu)建陽(yáng)極電極液溫度分別為20±2℃和35±2℃的MFC,考察各個(gè)裝置的產(chǎn)電性能和污水處理效果;最后采用454高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)對(duì)MFC陽(yáng)極微生物群落進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:(1)以糖蜜廢水作為陽(yáng)極電極液的MFC產(chǎn)電量和COD去除率最高,啤酒廢水次之,啤酒-糖蜜混合廢水最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達(dá)356.3 mV和36.21 mW/m2,第3周期時(shí)COD去除率達(dá)到最高的69.29%,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)陰極銀離子濃度最低至304 mg/L;(2)以陽(yáng)極電極有效面積為75cm2的MFC產(chǎn)電量和COD去除率最高,50 cm2次之,25cm2最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達(dá)375.1 mV和18.76mW/m2,第3周期時(shí)COD去除率達(dá)到最高的68.88%,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)陰極銀離子濃度最低至309 mg/L;(3)以陽(yáng)極室電極液溫度為35±2℃的MFC產(chǎn)電量和COD去除率最高,20±2℃最低。其最高電壓和功率密度可達(dá)312.4 mV和19.52 mW/m2,第3周期時(shí)COD去除率達(dá)到最高的68.17%,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)陰極銀離子濃度最低至305 mg/L;(4)在以啤酒廢水作為陽(yáng)極diajiye的MFC中,其產(chǎn)電優(yōu)勢(shì)菌有8種,其中Ethanoligenens_uncultured_bacterium為主要優(yōu)勢(shì)菌種。Pectinatus_unclassified、Bacteroidales_unclassified、Raoultella_unclassified、Enterobacter_unclassified和Veillonellaceae_unclassified為未知菌種。研究表明,構(gòu)建啤酒-電鍍廢水雙處理MFC具有可行性,陽(yáng)極電極液、陽(yáng)極電極有效面積和溫度都對(duì)雙極室MFC的產(chǎn)電性能和污水處理效率有影響,以啤酒廢水作為陽(yáng)極電極液的MFC中Ethanoligenens_uncultured_bacterium為主要優(yōu)勢(shì)菌種。
[Abstract]:Microbial Fuel cell (MFC) is a device that directly converts chemical energy into electric energy using electroproducing microorganism as catalyst. It is a product of the combination and development of microorganism and battery technology. MFC can treat many kinds of wastewater, including dye wastewater. Beer wastewater, molasses wastewater, domestic sewage, electroplating wastewater, etc. Among them, beer wastewater and molasses wastewater have the characteristics of high concentration and high organic content, which can be used as anode substrate of MFC and provide nutrition for anode electroproducing microorganism. Electroplating wastewater can be used as electron acceptor because of its strong oxidation and high redox potential because of its heavy metal ions. In addition, it also has many functions such as desalination of seawater and power generation. It is of great significance for future practical application research. Firstly, MFCs with beer wastewater, molasses wastewater and beer-molasses mixed wastewater as anode substrate and electroplating wastewater as cathode electrode solution were constructed. The effective area of anode electrode was 25 cm ~ (2) ~ (2) cm2 and 75 cm2 respectively, and then, the anode electrode solution temperature was 20 鹵2 鈩,
