【摘要】：采用多弧離子鍍技術分別在316L不銹鋼雙極板表面鍍覆TiC、TiN層,采用電鍍工藝在雙極板表面鍍金。采用SEM、XRD、三電極法、伏安法等手段檢測分析了這幾種鍍層的質(zhì)量、耐蝕性能和接觸電阻。結(jié)果表明,用不同工藝制備的TiC、TiN涂層和鍍金層均致密、均勻,無明顯缺陷;TiC、TiN涂層和鍍金層的耐腐蝕性均優(yōu)于316L不銹鋼,滿足雙極板耐腐蝕性要求。此外,TiN涂層和鍍金層的接觸電阻遠小于316L不銹鋼�？紤]到鍍覆工藝的可行性及生產(chǎn)成本,采用多弧離子鍍技術在316L不銹鋼雙極板表面鍍覆的TiN層平整致密、無明顯缺陷,耐蝕性好,接觸電阻小,值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:TiCnTiN layer was coated on the surface of 316L stainless steel bipolar plate by multi-arc ion plating technology, and gold plating on the bipolar plate by electroplating process. The quality of these coatings was tested and analyzed by means of SEMXRD, three-electrode method, voltammetry, etc. Corrosion resistance and contact resistance. The results show that TiCntin coatings and gold-plated coatings prepared by different processes are compact and uniform, and the corrosion resistance of TiC- tin coatings and gold-plated coatings without obvious defects is better than that of 316L stainless steel. In addition, the contact resistance of tin coating and gold coating is much less than 316L stainless steel. Considering the feasibility of coating process and production cost, The TiN layer coated on the surface of 316L stainless steel bipolar plate by multi-arc ion plating is smooth and compact, with no obvious defects, good corrosion resistance and low contact resistance, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
