無色-近無色高溫高壓合成鉆石的譜圖特征及其鑒別方法

【摘要】:實驗室發(fā)現(xiàn)大量小顆粒的無色高溫高壓(HPHT)合成鉆石與天然鉆石混雜鑲嵌在各種飾品中,前人提出熒光和磷光特征是主要的快速區(qū)分特征,然而熒光、磷光特征的差異并不能完全將HPHT合成鉆石與天然鉆石區(qū)分開來。本文將常規(guī)的寶石學觀察分析與多種高精度譜學測試相結(jié)合,對五粒不同的無色-近無色HPHT合成鉆石樣品進行深入研究。結(jié)果表明,五粒鉆石在紫外可見吸收光譜無270 nm吸收或是只有極弱的270 nm吸收,隨著顏色級別的降低,270 nm吸收越明顯。紅外光譜測試顯示,各粒樣品中都含有不等量的硼元素。光致發(fā)光光譜測試表明,HPHT合成鉆石含有與微量N、Ni、Si等相關的晶格缺陷。超短波紫外光源激發(fā)下,所有的HPHT合成鉆石都有強磷光,在鉆石觀察儀下可以觀測到清晰的八面體和立方體分區(qū)特征。顯然,不同的合成鉆石的特征略有差異,但綜合其熒光及磷光特征以及紅外、紫外、光致發(fā)光光譜特征,可以準確地將無色HPHT合成鉆石與對應的天然鉆石區(qū)分開來。
[Abstract]:Laboratory found that a large number of small particles of colorless high-temperature and high-pressure synthetic diamonds and natural diamonds inlaid in a variety of jewelry, former people proposed that fluorescence and phosphorescence are the main characteristics of rapid discrimination, however, fluorescence, The difference of phosphorescence characteristics can not completely distinguish the HPHT synthetic diamond from the natural diamond. In this paper, the conventional Gemological observation and analysis are combined with a variety of high-precision spectroscopic measurements. Five different colorless and nearly colorless HPHT synthetic diamond samples were studied. The results showed that there was no 270nm absorption or very weak 270nm absorption in UV-Vis absorption spectra of five diamonds. With the decrease of color level, the absorption at 270 nm became more obvious. The results of photoluminescence spectroscopy show that the diamond has lattice defects related to the trace amount of Nu Ni Si and so on. All HPHT synthetic diamonds have strong phosphorescence under the excitation of ultrashort ultraviolet light source. Clear octahedron and cube features can be observed under the diamond observatory. Obviously, the characteristics of different synthetic diamonds are slightly different, but combined with their fluorescence and phosphorescence characteristics as well as infrared, ultraviolet and photoluminescence spectra, The colorless HPHT synthetic diamond can be accurately distinguished from the corresponding natural diamond.
