潔凈硝酸鑭的制備與純化

【摘要】:研究了用結(jié)晶—重結(jié)晶法制備潔凈硝酸鑭,通過(guò)正交回歸試驗(yàn)確定硝酸鑭制備過(guò)程中料液初始酸度、析晶溫度、靜置時(shí)間與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量之間的關(guān)系,并考察了母液回收循環(huán)利用情況。結(jié)果表明:采用結(jié)晶—重結(jié)晶法可以制備潔凈硝酸鑭,產(chǎn)品中非稀土金屬雜質(zhì)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)小于4.0×10-5;熱分解試驗(yàn)確定硝酸鑭的組成為L(zhǎng)a(NO_3)_3·6H_2O。
[Abstract]:The preparation of clean lanthanum nitrate by crystallization and recrystallization method was studied. The relationship between the initial acidity, crystallization temperature, standing time and the quality of the product during the preparation of lanthanum nitrate was determined by orthogonal regression test. The recovery and recycling of mother liquor were investigated. The results showed that the pure lanthanum nitrate could be prepared by crystallization and recrystallization, the impurity content of non-rare earth metal in the product was less than 4.0 脳 10 ~ (-5), and the composition of lanthanum nitrate was determined to be La(NO_3)_3 路6H _ 2O by thermal decomposition test.
