連續(xù)攪拌結(jié)晶制備大顆粒硫酸鈉試驗研究及模擬分析

【摘要】:攪拌結(jié)晶器是一種在工業(yè)中應(yīng)用非常廣泛的結(jié)晶器,并且在化學(xué)化工等領(lǐng)域占有主導(dǎo)地位,長期以來,對于攪拌結(jié)晶器的研究一直處于半理論半經(jīng)驗式,通過微小型試驗再擴(kuò)大到實際生產(chǎn)中。本文針對攪拌式結(jié)晶槽生產(chǎn)的硫酸鈉粒度偏小的質(zhì)量問題,研究攪拌槳葉形式與攪拌強度對結(jié)晶器內(nèi)流場的影響,優(yōu)化結(jié)晶器結(jié)構(gòu)來得出流場影響結(jié)晶質(zhì)量的規(guī)律,旨在應(yīng)用于中大型工業(yè)結(jié)晶技術(shù)中能夠獲得占比率更大的合格結(jié)晶產(chǎn)品。所做的研究有如下:首先,在結(jié)晶試驗過程中,為了硫酸鈉攪拌結(jié)晶順利連續(xù)進(jìn)行,就必須確保在形成過飽和度的臥式冷卻器中不堵管,即需對清洗螺旋進(jìn)行動力學(xué)試驗研究,驗證清洗螺旋除垢的可行性,得到可除晶垢的螺旋參數(shù)。其次,攪拌結(jié)晶試驗中,主要對比兩種槳型對晶體粒度的影響,其次試驗研究了結(jié)晶溫度,攪拌槳轉(zhuǎn)速與晶體粒度的關(guān)系。試驗中選取了錨式攪拌槳和三葉旋漿式攪拌槳進(jìn)行攪拌結(jié)晶試驗。首先,選取三葉旋漿式攪拌槳對硫酸鈉溶液進(jìn)行結(jié)晶試驗,結(jié)晶溫度在6種結(jié)晶溫度下冷卻結(jié)晶,試驗數(shù)據(jù)可得,溫差在10℃時硫酸鈉晶體粒度最大。控制進(jìn)料溫度40℃,在6種轉(zhuǎn)速下,選錨式攪拌槳所對應(yīng)的硫酸鈉結(jié)晶質(zhì)量效果更佳,粒徑更大。最后,利用FLUENT數(shù)值分析軟件對結(jié)晶內(nèi)的流場進(jìn)行模擬,結(jié)合中試結(jié)果對結(jié)晶流場與硫酸鈉結(jié)晶粒度的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:Agitator is a kind of crystallizer which is widely used in industry, and plays a leading role in chemical and chemical fields. For a long time, the research of stirring mould has been in the semi-theoretical and semi-empirical form. In this paper, the effect of impeller blade form and stirring strength on the flow field in the mold is studied in view of the small particle size of sodium sulfate produced by agitated crystal cell. Optimizing the structure of the crystallizer to obtain the law that the flow field affects the crystallization quality, the purpose of which is to obtain a larger proportion of qualified crystallization products in medium and large scale industrial crystallization technology.
