【摘要】:以三乙醇胺和硼酸為原料,甲苯為帶水劑,合成了三乙醇胺硼酸酯;以三乙醇胺硼酸酯為前驅(qū)體在氨氣氣氛中燒結(jié)制得六方氮化硼顆粒。采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、NMR對(duì)中間產(chǎn)物和最終產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:以三乙醇胺硼酸酯為前驅(qū)體,在1 200℃下燒結(jié)4 h,可制得質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為94.3%、六方晶型良好,粒徑達(dá)17.52μm的六方氮化硼顆粒;經(jīng)過(guò)2 000℃高溫精制后的六方氮化硼顆粒具有較高的結(jié)晶度和致密度,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)可達(dá)到98.5%,粒徑可達(dá)到30μm以上。
[Abstract]:Triethanolamine borate was synthesized by using triethanolamine and boric acid as raw materials and toluene as water-carrying agent. Hexagonal boron nitride particles were prepared by sintering triethanolamine borate in ammonia atmosphere. The intermediate and final products were characterized by FTIR XRDX NMR.
