從含鋰廢渣中回收制備碳酸鋰的工藝研究

【摘要】:針對含Li廢渣中Li資源得不到充分利用的問題,采用H_2SO_4浸出、NaOH除雜及EDTA深度除雜、Na_2CO_3沉鋰工藝從含Li廢渣中回收制備Li_2CO_3。實驗結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化的工藝參數(shù)為:H_2SO_4酸浸過程,H_2SO_4濃度5%(體積分數(shù))、浸出溫度70℃、浸出時間60min;NaOH除雜及EDTA深度除雜過程,加入NaOH至酸浸液pH值為12,之后加入2.0g/L的固體EDTA進行深度除雜;Na_2CO_3沉鋰過程,溶液中Li+濃度23g/L,Na_2CO_3濃度為300g/L、用量為理論量的1.10倍,水浴溫度95℃,反應(yīng)時間40min。在優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)條件下,制備出的Li_2CO_3各項指標基本達到Li_2CO_3-0級要求,且Li綜合回收率達到95%以上。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that Li resources are not fully utilized in the waste residue containing Li, Li _ 2CO _ 3 is prepared by H _ S _ 2SO _ 4 leaching of NaOH and EDTA deep impurity removal and Na2CO _ 3 precipitated lithium from the waste residue containing Li.
