新型鈮酸鋰鈉鉀生物壓電陶瓷的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:隨著生物技術(shù)的發(fā)展和對健康水平的不斷追求,人們對生物陶瓷材料性能的要求也不斷提高。生物壓電陶瓷材料在生物相容性、無毒性、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性、修復(fù)性、修復(fù)速率等方面展現(xiàn)出較大的優(yōu)勢,在骨修復(fù)或骨替代醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。新型鈮酸鋰鈉鉀(LNK)生物壓電陶瓷為Li元素摻雜改性的鈮酸鈉鉀基陶瓷材料,壓電性能優(yōu)異,壓電效應(yīng)會對生物體內(nèi)細胞的生長產(chǎn)生促進作用,從而有效地進行生物體修復(fù)。羥基磷灰石(HA)材料為人體內(nèi)骨骼的主要成分,具有優(yōu)異的生物相容性。多孔材料則具有較大的比表面積,其孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)便于人體內(nèi)部的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)和細胞進入,加快修復(fù)速率。本論文將生物陶瓷設(shè)計成多孔型,復(fù)合型并具有壓電性,充分發(fā)揮了LNK材料的壓電效應(yīng)、HA的生物相容性和多孔材料三者的優(yōu)勢,采用干壓法、發(fā)泡法分別制備了新型LNK、LNK-HA及其多孔生物壓電材料,探討了制備工藝對材料壓電性能和介電性能的影響。得到主要結(jié)論如下:(1)燒結(jié)溫度對LNK陶瓷性能影響顯著。提高燒結(jié)溫度有利于LNK晶體的發(fā)育、生長和氣孔的排除,從而改善LNK陶瓷體致密度,提高材料壓電與介電性能。LNK壓電陶瓷最佳燒結(jié)溫度為1000℃,此時d_(33)和Kp達到最大,分別為124.0p C/N和30.63%。(2)不同LNK、HA組分制備的LNK-HA復(fù)合陶瓷材料性能差異較大。隨著HA含量不斷增加,LNK-HA陶瓷材料內(nèi)部氣孔增多,致密度下降,介電和壓電性能顯著降低。此外,燒結(jié)時合適的燒結(jié)溫度,有利于LNK-HA陶瓷內(nèi)部氣孔充分排除、致密度升高、晶粒發(fā)育完整,材料展現(xiàn)出良好的壓電性能和介電性能。當(dāng)LNK與HA質(zhì)量比為9:1時復(fù)合,1050℃燒結(jié)的LNK-HA陶瓷綜合性能優(yōu)異,壓電常數(shù)d_(33)值為34.0p C/N,相對介電常數(shù)為648.12,介電損耗為0.0187。(3)以蛋清為發(fā)泡劑,發(fā)泡法制備多孔壓電陶瓷的工藝中,發(fā)泡劑加入量和漿料固相含量對多孔壓電陶瓷的性能影響顯著。提高漿料固相含量,使得漿料黏度增加,不利于充分發(fā)泡,形成的孔洞孔徑減小,氣孔率降低,壓電性與介電性均呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。當(dāng)逐漸增加發(fā)泡劑加入量時,多孔陶瓷氣孔率提高,密度下降,孔徑尺寸降低且分散均勻,相對介電常數(shù)大大減小。當(dāng)漿料中LNK固相含量為65%、發(fā)泡劑加入30%時,制備的多孔LNK陶瓷擁有最佳d_(33)值為47.9p C/N,相對介電常數(shù)為67.29。當(dāng)漿料中LNK-HA固相含量為65%,加入25%發(fā)泡劑制備的多孔LNK-HA陶瓷材料壓電性能最佳。d_(33)值為16.3 p C/N,相對介電常數(shù)為52.91。
[Abstract]:With the development of biotechnology and the constant pursuit of health level, the requirements of bioceramics properties have been improved. The biocompatibility, non-toxicity, chemical stability, remediation of bioceramic materials, The rate of restoration shows great advantages and has a broad application prospect in the field of bone repair or bone substitute medicine. A new type of lithium sodium potassium niobate (LNK) bioceramics is a Li doped modified potassium niobate ceramic material. Piezoelectric properties are excellent, and the piezoelectric effect can promote the growth of the cells in the organism, thus effectively carrying out the biological repair. The hydroxyapatite (HA) material is the main component of the human body's skeleton. The porous material has a large specific surface area, and its pore structure facilitates the entry of nutrients and cells in the human body and speeds up the rate of restoration. In this paper, bioceramics are designed as porous. The composite type and piezoelectric properties make full use of the advantages of the piezoelectric effect of LNK and the advantages of porous materials and biocompatibility. A new type of LNK-LNK-HA and its porous biomaterials were prepared by dry pressure method and foaming method, respectively. The effect of the preparation process on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the LNK ceramics was discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Sintering temperature has a significant effect on the properties of LNK ceramics. Increasing the sintering temperature is beneficial to the development, growth and pore elimination of LNK crystals.
