一類模糊評(píng)價(jià)模型與通信衛(wèi)星效能評(píng)估

【摘要】:為解決通信衛(wèi)星效能評(píng)估問(wèn)題,提出一類基于模糊理論的評(píng)價(jià)模型.利用模糊理論的思想,通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的性質(zhì)分析,建立了一個(gè)適用于一類評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)像的非線性評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù).這類對(duì)象的每一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)由一系列因素所決定,并且這些因素之間是相互關(guān)聯(lián)的,但任意兩個(gè)指標(biāo)之間是相互獨(dú)立的.利用模糊聚類分析方法,本模型還可以對(duì)若干同類型的對(duì)象進(jìn)行分類.最后,基于具體數(shù)據(jù),利用本模型給出東方紅系列通信衛(wèi)星的效能評(píng)估,東方紅3號(hào)、4號(hào)基本型、4號(hào)增強(qiáng)型和5號(hào)的評(píng)估得分分別為0.230~0.243、0.470~0.536、0.614~0.791和0.855~0.945.評(píng)估結(jié)果表明,東方紅系列通信衛(wèi)星的整體效能是一直呈上升趨勢(shì)的,但綜合來(lái)看東方紅5號(hào)的整體效能并沒(méi)有比東方紅4號(hào)增強(qiáng)型高出過(guò)多.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of communication satellite effectiveness evaluation, a kind of evaluation model based on fuzzy theory is proposed. Based on the idea of fuzzy theory and the analysis of the properties of the evaluation object, a nonlinear evaluation function suitable for a class of evaluation objects is established. Each evaluation index of this kind of object is determined by a series of factors, and these factors are interrelated, but any two indicators are independent of each other. By using fuzzy clustering analysis method, this model can also classify some objects of the same type. Finally, based on the specific data, the effectiveness evaluation of Dongfanghong series communication satellites is given by using this model. The evaluation scores of Dongfanghong 3, 4 basic type, 4 enhanced and 5 are 0.230 0.243, 0.470 0.536, 0.614 0.791 and 0.855 0.945, respectively. The evaluation results show that the overall efficiency of Dongfanghong series communication satellite has been on the rise, but the overall efficiency of Dongfanghong 5 is not much higher than that of Dongfanghong 4 enhanced satellite.
