基于電容式噪聲傳感器的信號(hào)調(diào)理電路設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在航空航天的飛行器遙測(cè)試驗(yàn)中,大推力火箭和導(dǎo)彈飛行時(shí),由燃?xì)馍淞饕鸬脑肼晻?huì)對(duì)飛行器的結(jié)構(gòu)以及載荷造成巨大的危害。電容式噪聲傳感器由于其頻率響應(yīng)范圍寬,被廣泛應(yīng)用于飛行試驗(yàn)中。電容式傳感器工作時(shí)需要用恒壓源供電,且其采集的信號(hào)受到外界干擾較大,輸出電壓值不滿足大多數(shù)模數(shù)芯片轉(zhuǎn)換要求。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了恒壓源供電模塊和隔直分壓電路、低通濾波電路等調(diào)理模塊,使其最終輸出電壓范圍在0~2.5 V,滿足模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換芯片的要求。該噪聲傳感器的信號(hào)調(diào)理電路可靠性高,已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于飛行器發(fā)射試驗(yàn)中。
[Abstract]:In the telemetry test of aeronautical and spaceflight aircraft, the noise caused by gas jet will cause great harm to the structure and load of aircraft when the high thrust rocket and missile fly. Capacitive noise sensor is widely used in flight test because of its wide frequency response range. When the capacitive sensor works, it needs a constant voltage source, and the collected signal is interfered with by the outside world, and the output voltage value does not meet the requirements of most analog-to-digital chips conversion. In order to solve the above problems, the constant voltage source power supply module, the isolation circuit, the low pass filter circuit and other conditioning modules are designed. The final output voltage range is 0 / 2.5V, which meets the requirement of A / D converter chip. The signal conditioning circuit of the noise sensor is highly reliable and has been successfully applied to launch test of aircraft.
