【摘要】：使用丙烯酸酯浸滲對標準粉末冶金件和WJ6發(fā)動機附件傳動機匣進行浸滲工藝實驗,并對浸滲后工件的耐壓、耐溶劑、裝機連續(xù)運行等進行研究。結果表明,丙烯酸酯浸滲的最佳浸滲壓力為10 MPa,浸滲時間為40 min。耐受性滿足要求,丙烯酸酯浸滲工藝殘余物少、去除容易、清潔度高,可以替代亞麻油浸滲。
[Abstract]:The impregnation process of standard powder metallurgy parts and WJ6 engine accessories transmission casing was carried out by using acrylate impregnation. The pressure resistance solvent resistance and continuous operation of the workpiece after impregnation were studied. The results show that the optimum infiltration pressure is 10 MPa, and the time is 40 min.. It can replace linseed oil with low residue, easy removal and high cleanliness.
