變循環(huán)核心壓氣機可調(diào)特性的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:利用三維數(shù)值工具對某變循環(huán)核心壓機在設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)速下內(nèi)、外涵節(jié)流特性進行了模擬,分析了核心機驅(qū)動風扇級、高壓壓氣機以及二級涵道的工作特點和匹配關(guān)系,分析了變循環(huán)核心壓氣機的可調(diào)極限。研究結(jié)果表明,外涵道節(jié)流可以實現(xiàn)涵道比的大范圍調(diào)節(jié)(0.243~0.062),內(nèi)涵道節(jié)流可以實現(xiàn)總增壓比的大范圍調(diào)節(jié)(0.81~1.13倍設(shè)計壓比)。二級涵道出口導向葉片的失速和核心機驅(qū)動風扇級的堵塞決定了外涵道節(jié)流的可調(diào)極限,高壓壓氣機的失速和堵塞決定了內(nèi)涵道節(jié)流的可調(diào)極限。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics of external culvert throttling in a variable cycle core compressor are simulated by using three dimensional numerical tools, and the working characteristics and matching relationship of fan stage, high pressure compressor and two-stage ducts are analyzed. The adjustable limit of variable cycle core compressor is analyzed. The results show that the throttling of the external ducts can achieve a wide range regulation of the ratio of ducts to ducts (0.243% 0.062), and the throttling of the inner ducts can achieve a wide range adjustment of the total booster ratio (0.81g 1.13 times the design pressure ratio). The adjustable limit of external ducts throttling is determined by the stall of the outlet guide blade of the secondary ducts and the blockage of the fan stage driven by the core machine, and the adjustable limit of the internal channel throttling is determined by the stall and blockage of the high pressure compressor.
