基礎(chǔ)振動對轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)動力特性影響的試驗研究

【摘要】:為了滿足航空發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的動力學(xué)設(shè)計需求,采用試驗方法研究基礎(chǔ)的振動幅值和振動頻率對轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)橫向振動的影響。結(jié)果表明,基礎(chǔ)振動對轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性的影響具有方向正交性,基礎(chǔ)的水平振動僅影響轉(zhuǎn)子的水平振動響應(yīng)。轉(zhuǎn)子與基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生振動耦合,其軸心軌跡的形狀和大小受基礎(chǔ)振動幅值和頻率共同影響,轉(zhuǎn)子振動幅值隨基礎(chǔ)振幅增加而線性增加,隨頻率的增加呈二次函數(shù)增長,振幅比最大可以達到4。由于基礎(chǔ)過大的振幅或頻率會帶來軸心軌跡的復(fù)雜變化,導(dǎo)致振動響應(yīng)過大,在航空發(fā)動機的轉(zhuǎn)子動力特性設(shè)計中,必須考慮和有效控制基礎(chǔ)的振動幅值和頻率,以降低轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的振動響應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of aero-engine rotor system dynamic design, the effects of vibration amplitude and vibration frequency on the lateral vibration of the rotor system are studied by means of experimental method. The results show that the effect of foundation vibration on rotor dynamic characteristics is directionally orthogonal, and the horizontal vibration of foundation only affects the horizontal vibration response of rotor. The rotor is coupled with the foundation, and the shape and size of the axis locus are affected by the amplitude and frequency of the foundation vibration. The vibration amplitude of the rotor increases linearly with the increase of the foundation amplitude, and increases with the increase of the frequency. The maximum amplitude ratio can reach 4. The vibration response is too large because the amplitude or frequency of the foundation is too large, so the vibration amplitude and frequency of the foundation must be considered and controlled effectively in the design of the rotor dynamic characteristics of the aero-engine.
