基于電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)的高速混合信號(hào)電路板噪聲抑制

【摘要】:針對(duì)空間遙感相機(jī)發(fā)展特點(diǎn)以及高速混合信號(hào)集成電路的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),如何抑制電路板上的噪聲成為目前研究的一個(gè)重要方向。文章在分析傳統(tǒng)的去耦電容降噪方法和最新的電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)降噪原理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新型的電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)來抑制電路板上的噪聲;通過對(duì)該電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)的仿真,得出此結(jié)構(gòu)能夠在一定程度上降低電路板上的噪聲;在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章更進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)了基于該電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用電路板進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證;通過對(duì)電路板上測(cè)量的噪聲數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了該結(jié)構(gòu)降噪的有效性,其中噪聲的均方根值平均降低幅度為27.96%;最后針對(duì)一款實(shí)際應(yīng)用的CCD相機(jī)成像電路板,通過對(duì)比測(cè)量成像后圖像信噪比數(shù)據(jù),得出使用該新型電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),CCD成像的信噪比有了一定程度的提高,為電磁帶隙結(jié)構(gòu)在空間遙感相機(jī)電路等其他工程上的應(yīng)用提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)參考。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of space remote sensing camera and the development trend of high-speed mixed-signal integrated circuit, how to suppress the noise on the circuit board has become an important research direction. Based on the analysis of the traditional decoupling capacitive noise reduction method and the newest principle of electromagnetic band gap structure, a new electromagnetic band gap structure is proposed to suppress the noise on the circuit board. Through the simulation of the electromagnetic band gap structure, it is concluded that the structure can reduce the noise on the circuit board to a certain extent, and on this basis, the paper further designs the application circuit board based on the electromagnetic band gap structure for experimental verification. The effectiveness of the noise reduction is verified by comparing and analyzing the noise data measured on the circuit board, in which the mean square root value of the noise decreases by 27.96. Finally, aiming at a practical CCD camera imaging circuit board, by comparing and measuring the image signal to noise ratio data after imaging, it is concluded that the signal-to-noise ratio of CCD imaging has been improved to a certain extent when the new electromagnetic band gap structure is used. It provides an experimental reference for the application of electromagnetic bandgap structure in space remote sensing camera circuit and other projects.
